Consumers: Cost of Health Care?

Medical consumerism fact of the day:

While consumers can guess the price of a new Honda Accord within $300,
those surveyed were off by $8,100 in their price estimations for a
four-day hospital stay.

Just exactly how much does it cost for a day in the hospital?

$3600 is the average actual cost of one day/night in a hospital.  The distribution of public opinion on costs is shown in the table below.
